1. Product introduction
H-grade GHG prepreg material is a pre-preg material made of polyimide film and alkali-free glass cloth, then immersed in B-grade H-grade resin solution, heated and baked.
H-grade GHG prepreg material has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance, long storage period and simple molding process.
H-grade GHG prepreg material is suitable for H-grade dry-type transformer low-voltage coil layer insulation, open-type transformer low-voltage interlayer insulation, motor inter-turn insulation, rolled laminated tubes and pressed other special-shaped insulation parts.
2. Technical requirements and test methods
The technical requirements shall meet the relevant provisions of the company's standards.

Three, the main performance of the product
1. Good adhesion
The B-stage H-grade resin solution is used as the impregnating resin, which has high bonding strength to the copper foil. After the product is tightly wound with the copper foil, no low-molecular volatiles are produced during baking and curing, and an insulating structure with a small shrinkage rate can be formed.
2. Storage stability
The product has good storage stability and can be stored at room temperature for up to half a year.
4. Product curing process
Product curing temperature and time are important parameters to determine the use process. Pre-impregnated resin can be rapidly cured and formed at medium temperature (130-160℃).

6. Inspection, packaging, marking, transportation and storage
4.1. The factory test items of this product are the requirements of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in the product standard.
4.2. This product should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse below 25°C, and should not be close to fire sources or exposed to sunlight.
4.3. The storage period of this product is half a year from the date of delivery. Those who exceed the storage period shall be inspected according to the product standard and can still be used after passing the test.
4.4. This product is supplied by cutting into rolls and packaging, each roll is 20-60kg, generally a continuous whole section. The maximum width can reach 1050mm, and it can be cut into tapes and reels of various widths according to user requirements.
4.5. If users have special requirements, they can be negotiated separately.
4.6. Others shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5591.1.
