Composite polyester film is a three-layer (or two-layer, four-layer) soft composite material made of American DuPont MYLAR polyester film with high temperature resistant adhesive and two sides (or one side) of polyester film.
This product has excellent electrical performance and long storage period. It is suitable for insulating cylinders between high and low voltage coils of dry-type transformers, reducing the distance between high and low voltage and reducing partial discharge. 4. Inspection, packaging, marking, transportation and storage
1. The factory test items of this product are the requirements of 1, 3 and 6 in the product standard.
2. This product should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse below 25°C, and should not be close to fire and sunlight.
3. The storage period of this product is one year from the date of delivery. If the storage period exceeds the storage period, it will be inspected according to the product standard, and it can still be used after passing the test.
4. This product is cut into rolls and packaged for supply, each roll is 30-70kg, generally a continuous whole section. At present, this product of 0.5mm can be supplied according to the width required by users, the maximum width is 1200mm, and can be cut into tapes and reels of various widths according to user requirements. 1.1mm of this product can be used for the whole width of 700, 800, 900, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400mm.
5. Others shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5591.1.
