1. Product introduction
F-grade DMD epoxy prepreg is made of modified polyester film polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material (F-grade DMD) impregnated with heat-resistant epoxy resin and baked.
Class F DMD epoxy prepreg has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance, long storage period and simple molding process.
Class F DMD epoxy prepreg is mainly used for interlayer insulation and end insulation of low voltage coils of Class F dry-type transformers, and can also be used for slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation of Class F motors. In addition, compared with the traditional vacuum pressure-impregnated low-voltage winding, the foil-type low-voltage winding can not only improve the production efficiency, but also reduce the lateral magnetic flux leakage, so that the axial electromotive force is reduced, and the short-circuit resistance is correspondingly improved. strength, reducing additional losses.

Three, the main performance of the product
1. Good adhesion
Epoxy resin is used as the impregnating resin, and the system contains polar groups such as epoxy group, hydroxyl group, amine group, etc., which has high bonding strength to copper foil. After the product is tightly wound with copper foil, there is no low molecular weight during baking and curing. Volatiles are generated and can form insulating structures with small shrinkage.
2. Storage stability
The product has good storage stability and can be stored at room temperature for up to half a year.
3. Product curing process
Product curing temperature and time are important parameters to determine the use process. Pre-impregnated resin can be rapidly cured and formed at medium temperature (130-150℃).

4. Inspection, packaging, marking, transportation and storage
1. The factory test items of this product are the requirements of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 in the product standard.
2. This product should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse below 25°C, and should not be close to fire and sunlight.
3. The storage period of this product is half a year from the date of delivery. Those who exceed the storage period shall be inspected according to the product standard and can still be used after passing the test.
4. This product is cut into rolls and packaged for supply, each roll is 20-60kg, generally a continuous whole section. The maximum width can reach 1500mm, and it can be cut into tapes and reels of various widths according to user requirements.
5. If the user has special requirements, it can be negotiated separately. The color of the product can be changed according to the user's requirements. It is recommended that the user use red. Now it can be supplied in three colors of red, white and dark green, and other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements.
6. Others shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5591.1.
