5. Casting process: conventional vacuum casting system
A and B are mixed and stirred evenly, the usable time is 20~30 minutes, and the surface dryness is completely cured in 12~24 hours.
6. Matters needing attention
If the viscosity of the resin at room temperature is low, you can add some silica powder in an appropriate amount.
In the use of normal temperature resin, if you want to accelerate the curing, you can put it in a drying oven and control the temperature between 30 and 40 °C. The temperature should not be too high, otherwise the color will change after curing.
